  • I've been going to portillo's for over 20 years. It's so sad to see the service and quality of the food go down the drain in the last 2 years. Not only is the customer service horrible at this location but the food is not the same quality I grew up on back in Chicago. As a long time portillos fan I always look forward going back home to Chicago to get excellent service. Hopefully they fix their ways here but who knows since the manager doesn't seem to care. It's official they have changed their cheese. It's awful!
