  • We used Tiffany for our newborn pictures. We settled on her because she was affordable. We set out appointment for 7 days after my son was born and paid up front. The day before the shoot, Tiffany asked if we could reschedule because of some family issue. We felt bad so we weren't even mad. We finally did the shoot when my son was 12 days old. We showed up on time and waited and waited. Tiffany finally showed up 25 minutes late, with two bags of McDonald's and her young son. She gave some story about why she had her son and told us "this never happens". She made us wait even longer in the hallway as she "cleaned" the studio. We got in the studio and it was a disaster. There was old food wrappers and other garbage everywhere. The bathroom was even worse. My wife refused to even use it because it was so disgusting, she said she'd rather use the gas station bathroom next door. Her son was very wild and loud during the shoot. He woke my son up on multiple occasions. Her son then began running up and down the hallways which is when I was asked by her to watch him. He even tried to touch her a few times. He also threw a temper tantrum from hell which interrupted the shoot for almost 20 minutes. We got a preview within 24 hours of the shoot but took almost 4 weeks to get the rest of our pictures which were edited terribly. I can edit pictures better with Snapchat filters. Tiffany also went on a racist rant on Facebook multiple times over the past few months. Tiffany did do very well handling our son. But never again, even for free, would we use Tiffany. From reading all the reviews on everything, it's clear Tiffany does the same stuff with everyone. Shows up late, dirty studio, sometimes eats during shoots, sometimes has her kids, unprofessional, takes forever to get the pictures to clients.
