  • I was here for a huge conference. (1000+ people). We had all the rooms we needed and such, and the service for the conference was good (probably because the hotel was being paid TONS of money). Our room was clean (because we called ahead of time and asked them to clean it). The hotel itself is decent, fairly nice and spacious overall. Not amazing, but acceptable. The service for the conference was good, but the service for each guest is terrible. We had called down asking for a TV remote because we didn't have one. It took them half an hour to get one, and it was the wrong remote. By the time they managed to get us a remote, we had to go elsewhere. On top of this, in the three days that we were there, they cleaned our room ONCE. What happened to cleaning each room daily? It took them a very long time to bring anything we requested as well. And the breakfast is super overpriced. The location of the hotel is near a lot of tourist attractions and restaurants. That's the only reason I'm giving this hotel two stars. Overall- Nice hotel, horrible service. If you're coming to Pittsburg for only a night, this is an OK place. If you're in Pittsburg for a vacation, don't come here.
