We arrived early one morning to stay at our hotel at Vdara and Aria is just literally next door. From our hotel, you can either walk outside and use the sidewalk or to avoid the hot temperatures you can use the Tram (air conditioned every step of the way).
We were hungry and decided to stop by for brunch. Personally, brunch gives you more bang for your buck. The price can seem steep but they have a huge display of food from just about every country for lunch and made to order omelets and breakfast items in case you wanted both lunch and dinner. We paid $28.99 per person. Breakfast is $20.99 and Dinner is $38.99 during the week. Prices increase during the weekend and during the holidays.
They also offer an unlimited drink option for $19.99 for 2 people. This covers a selection of mixed drinks and sodas.
As far as service goes, the lines are a little long and if you plan to eat during the normal times then you can expect a wait so try to arrive early. We waited in line for about 20-25 minutes. Their service was great. For each section you're assigned a server and ours was very attentive. I tried just about every item from each country and all tasted pretty good. I was a little disappointed about the crab legs (I'm extremely picky about my seafood) but they were bland and dry.
Great place for all you can eat with a wide selection of items. I rated this place 4 stars only because of the over cooked seafood. Service was pleasant, great establishment in a hip hotel.
