  • Great family owned business. We have used them for service and last year they replaced our heater and AC unit. For many years and lots of $, Parker and Sons could not figure out an issue we were having. Cool Touch figured it out on their first visit. Robert is a great technician. They have stood by their work on two different occasions with prompt service and no charge to us. Customers for life!
