  • I don't know how to adequately express my gratitude for the out-of-this-world stellar customer service shown to me and my boyfriend at this dealership. If I could give a higher review, I would without question. We walked into this Subaru dealership with a LOT of hesitation, due to the all-so-typical experiences we have endured while walking different lots looking to purchase our first car together. When we first arrived, we joked and said to each other, "Are you sure this is a dealership? No one has swarmed us yet." We were there a few moments, long enough to casually glance at a few models near the front door, before a gentleman named Will came out to greet us. He told us about the "Subaru way" of doing things, expressing to us that there is absolutely no pressure, and that their job is to help us, not force us, into finding a vehicle we were comfortable with. He even welcomed and recommended the idea of not buying during our first visit with them (I was shocked, to say the least, in a good way!) He introduced us to another associate, Rob, who we were told knew the ins and outs of all the vehicles and would be available to take us on test drives of the ones we were interested in. Both of these employees were by far some of the most approachable, funny, laid-back yet highly-knowledgeable people I've ever met in ANY customer service field. They didn't spend each second trying to persuade us into buying a car; instead most of the conversations were lead with laughs, stories, and lightheartedness. And to be completely transparent, this review is mostly to thank them. Because of them, we are now proud new owners of a Subaru Outback (our dream car, what?!) Will & Rob's patience, on top of their overall superior service, guided us into one of the easiest decisions we've made together (which is VERY odd since it was expected to be one of the most stressful.) It wasn't easy because we were "tricked" or "forced" into the decision with blind eyes, but because they were forthcoming each step of the way. We can't give enough praise, or show enough thankfulness, for our experience here. Thank you, Will & Rob, for assisting us.
