rev:text	These girls are great. Megan regularly does my colour, and Hannah does my cuts. I've been coming here for a while now, and finally decided to write a review. Finding a hair stylist is such a frigging chore, and although Parlour East is quite the hike from my place, I keep coming back because the girls do my hair EXACTLY the way I like it, every single time. Megan is really sweet and really knows her colour. Apparently I have some really stubborn greys that require a special concoction to cover, and Megan knows how to take care of them. I actually hadn't exactly picked up on it myself, and Hannah noticed them... Megan immediately went to work on fixing them up, insisting that I leave with perfect colour. Also, I'd had a bit of a challenge getting an appointment, and Megan put a note on my file that I should be squeezed in anytime I need my colour touched up. Thanks girl! Hannah. OH HANNAH. You are simply the best. What I love about Hannah is that she is a perfectionist, and she does EXACTLY what I want. If there is a single, solitary hair that is not perfect (particularly with my bangs), she fixes it immediately. She fusses and fiddles until everything comes out just the way I like it. She's great with her consultations, and adjusts to accommodate your every desire. She also has a great eye, and vision. I can't say enough. Just thanks! Occasionally the person answering the phone leaves something to be desired in the way of customer service, but only if it's a random person. If it's Lorena (I think that's her name!), she's great. And as a matter of fact, once I came and got my hair done and forgot my wallet (gasp!)... I was super frazzled, and she totally put me at ease, and told me that since I'm a regular customer she had no problem letting me get my services (cut + colour) done and that I could pay later (THANK YOU!!!) Overall, I highly recommend my girls to anyone... just please don't make them too busy for little old me! (Selfish, I know!) I can also say that I've watched Cheryl do lots of cuts for girls with curly hair (which I hear is difficult) and she always does an awesome job. She really knows her stuff.
