  • It is imposdible to get through to these people. They use an answering service that is so impersonal. I needed a Dr's note for work and they dated it for the wrong dates. I can't even get through to anyone. I am in a lot of pain and they want me to go into the office again so that they can correct it knowing darn well how much pain I am in. It makes no sense. Horrible customer service.
