  • My first negative review for anyone anywhere. My mom always told me if you cannot say something nice, do not say anything. Rebecca P., the owner, just told my wife that Crossfit was not for her after three classes. And basically told her to go elsewhere. My wife has knee issues, which made her stop running and was why she was trying something else. Nothing like a trainer trying to work with a customer!! I am shocked at the attitude and arrogance.
