  • 4 stars only because there is a charge to get a splash of giardiniera for my Italian Beef Sandwich. The sandwich was tasty, the beef was good, the bread was almost on par with Chicago Italian bread I got when I was a kid. The search for the "right" Italian Beef Sandwich is long and hard. This find was close. Very close. The staff is very friendly. While it was a damp night outside, it was comfy inside. I always have a high expectation for an IBS, and they would be very high on my list of "must go." I probably could have eaten a larger sandwich, but I left satisfied. More recent reports (my Chicago cousins stopped in) are that the quality is still on the high side. I might need to make a stop next time I'm in Vegas to see if it's still on par.
