  • Hi I want to give a great shout out to Tim at Good Year tire on Sahara. I was visiting from California and got a puncture in my tire. I stopped at the dealership and they tried to convince me to buy a new tire. I've only had the car a few months. I went across the street met with Tim. He checked out the situation and was able to repair the tire saving me money and time. The store was clean, the employees were focused on the customers. He answered my many questions and gave detail when I did not understand some things. I also noticed as I waited that he was kind and very informative to other customers as they came in. It was refreshing to be treated in such a professional manner. I will recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience! Vita Jones
