  • False advertising for free wifi - total disappointment. One thing that I like about indoor playgrounds is that the kids can have a great time and the parents can catch up on work and emails with free wifi. After verifying on Jungle Land's website that they offer free wifi, we were truly disappointed when they informed me quite brusquely that they don't offer it and never have. When I showed them their website statement about it they immediately blamed it on the website developer and walked away. It's too bad I need to give such a bad review as the facility itself is quite fun.
