Not a good experience. I took my teenage daughter in for an evaluation of a simple problem. Not one person introduced themselves except the provider who said his first name of Doug but he failed to state that he was a physician's assistant. None of the others said their names. What a bunch of miserable people. Labs were done but I was told they were ok. What does that mean? Nevada has a name tag law that all in a medical setting must have their credentials readily visible for display so patients and family know who they are speaking with. This urgent care is highly impersonal and these people need to cheer up and wear their name tags and introduce themselves. This is just another example of inadequate Healthcare provided by miserable people.
