  • I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel it imperative to share my experience at Green Light a few weeks ago. Firstly, there is 0 customer service. I was belittled and treated so poorly by the dispatcher I spoke to on the phone. I called in my courier in advance, then the day of they couldn't follow through on what we had discussed. However they did not call me to let me know and put a huge project in jeopardy. When I called to chat about what happened, I was shown 0 tact and made me feel like I was a bother. I was rushed off the phone and there was no apology extended. I would very much reccomend looking to another courier before contacting green light. Not reliable and very poor customer service.
