  • Wow, Miguel is amazing. When my air conditioner broke, he ran in after driving the shuttle around, sweating and out of breath, promising he would have it fixed by the time I was back from dinner. He was too sweet. I don't understand how a multi billion dollar company can't afford to have someone drive the shuttle and a different person be maintenance. Also, I checked in around 11PM, and Edward was as welcoming as ever. He explained everything and was over the top great. On my last night here, he was back and still smiling. The pool is nice, and breakfast was pleasant! Thankfully I was not here on a weekend, because I can imagine how hectic it gets for a good, free, breakfast. Great visit.
