  • Fiancé and I went shoe shopping on Valentine's Day to buy me a pair of nude Pigalle 100m wedding heels for our upcoming nuptials. Our first stop was the CL boutique at the Crystals mall, mainly bc I heard good things about this particular location. The experience here was beyond horrible due to a particular sales girl's attitude. Sorry I bothered you with questions about shoes my fiancé was going to buy me. We left and I was over it. Fast forward to a few hours later, we didn't give up due to my fiancé's encouragement and went to the CL location at the Palazzo. Everything was a complete opposite compared to the Crystals location. Rona Davis made my wedding shoe purchase experience fun, special and memorable. She helped me with the sizing, answered all of my questions and made sure everything was perfect. The other sales people there were there were also nice and helpful. They asked questions about our wedding and packaged my shoes and nail polish beautifully. Thank you CL Palazzo for the fun and memorable wedding shoe purchase experience. I will only come here from now on!!
