  • Completely f..king useless! Gave wife a gift card for her birthday and they confused her into signing up for some monthly BS deal that she didn't even want. Then god forbid we would actually want to cancel the service without using it. Ended up having to just charge back the charges on the credit card for services not rendered. On her initial visit, rather than being made welcome, they made her wait 20 mins. Then decided that they were double booked and that she would need to see a different person. Yet they did not provide any credit for the 20 minutes they already considered part of the deal. She describes the massage as more like torture than an actual massage, it was clear that the therapist had no clue what she was doing. Way to turn a nice romantic gift into a horror story guys!!! :( Funny how the only 2 good reviews of this dump are from LA area!!!
