  • We had a leaking water softener and were referred to Soft Water Specialists by a plumbing company. We phoned and once Mary understood our problem scheduled someone for that same afternoon. Michelle (Mary's daughter, great family run business) was out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. She worked on it and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. There was a number of issues with the softener - more than the leak - and Michelle took care of all of them. The total bill was incredibly fair. Wonderful company, great to work with and would absolutely call them again if needed.
