  • When I stayed here as a kid I remembered it to be very nice....now it's a disaster. Our room wasn't terrible but it wasn't very clean. Dirty towels, bathroom wasn't very clean. The pools were very dirty. No smell of any chlorine. Black rings around the pools. Very dirty water with garbage on the bottom. The "nice" pool at the top with a view had puke in the hot tub and it wasn't blocked off. The "swim up bar" is also not swim up. You have to get out and walk around to the bar area. The casual restaurant was a a total flop with rude service....we aren't picky people, but this was not a "resort". We left a day early and did not get our money back.
