  • I moved into Colter Park about 6 months ago now, and I'm very happy I did! The community is beautifully landscaped, my neighbors are friends, it's quiet at night and centrally located, every apartment has its own private patio... Solid amenities like the pools, gym, and clean and well maintained laundry rooms. Groundskeepers are out all the time keeping the landscaping looking great, and maintenance has responded within 24 hours to any issues I've had. There have been no issues at all with pests, either. Whenever I've talked to the ladies in the management office, I've found them to be friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They really seem to be doing their best and working for their residents, which feels good as a tenant. Coming from a previous apartment where the owner/landlord was really great, I thought other management would be a step down, but I've been pleasantly proven wrong. I would recommend Colter Park to anyone who wants a good living situation in a central Phoenix location. This is a good place to be.
