"Room 112 where the players dwell".
So when we got room 112 I immediately got happy. Hahahha. I really am surprised at the low reviews because this hotel was perfect for us. Perfect in the sense that it was literally right off the freeway minus the freeway traffic noise. There are more than enough restaurants and stores within walking and a quick drive proximity. While we didn't eat at any of the restaurants nearby with the exception of the Burger King across the street, it seriously is a great option for those who care.
However, parking could be an issue depending what time and day you pulling because of those restaurants surrounding the hotel. We never had a parking issue...but I had to mention it just in case because there is a great possibility to run into such issue. The front desk were very nice and very helpful. We ran out of milk and it was late so my husband went to see if they sold milk, instead...the front desk offered to give us milk from their kitchen which I really appreciated the offer because they couldve just said no. She must have a kid or kids to know that we needed this milk. Lol
We had a king size bed and in the livingroom area there is a pullout bed which is really helpful. It was pretty comfy considering it is a pullout. My kids didnt complain and believe me they would have. Our bed was pretty comfy it just needed more pillows. Bathroom was clean as was the room. It came with a little sink, microwave, kitchen utensils and dining ware, mini fridge, and a coffee maker. Perfect perfect.
We didnt have issues with noise coming from the outside. I will say if you have toddlers or soon to be toddlers that are tall enough...they will definitely be able to unlock the room door making a run for it if you fail to use the top latch. My husband stepped out a few times so of course i didnt latch the bolt...and my then 1 year old was able to unlock the door and literally open it. Sidenote...my 1 year old is very inquisitive and determined.
Came with a free breakfast which is super helpful. Our room is on the first floor and steps away from the diningroom so that was an even better deal. Honestly, the free breakfast they served is actually one of the better ones we have had while staying at a hotel offering the same deal.
Overall, it was certainly worth the stay. Its location and amenities was perfect for what we needed. There are 6 of us and thought the room could easily feel small...it didnt because there is a seperation between the bedroom and livingroom so at least we didnt have to share tvs and space.
Definitely recommend.
