  • I moved here about 9 months ago. It has been great! Some parts of the property were still under construction when I first moved in however it did not bother me at all. Even with active construction the property is very quiet! The amenities here are amazing! Everyday is like waking up in a 5 star hotel. Haha call me crazy but once you give this place a shot you will not be disappointed. Eh, ok... lol I am not going to lie... I do spend a lot of time in my apartment. But it is cozy so can you blame me? Okay! I know you want to hear the juicy details! The amenities include; Large Gym (with towels) Gym locker room w/ a Shower Sauna and Steam room Massage Rooms Rooftop Pool with an amazing Lounge area. Gorgeous Clubhouse Full Basketball Court 2 heated Pools and Spas (soon to be 3) Dog park Overnight Security Not to mention there are nice restaurants and shopping centers nearby! This property is also just minutes away from Downtown Summerlin. The staff here is also extremely unprofessional and friendly. I have interacted with Nayley (assistant manager) the most. She is sweet, hard working, and very helpful. Janeth the manager is amazing as well along with the other staff members. I am happy to call this place home. Hope to meet you soon neighbor!
