  • Tools not sanitized-- I watched the nail tech use the cuticle cutters on me, wipe them off, and put them back in the drawer. Gross! He was also not very friendly at all, and way more interested in having a conversation with the other employees than my mani/pedi. Several times he stopped in the middle of the massage to carry on a conversation with his co-workers, leaving me just sitting there with his hand still on my legs. Not a very clean place either, and the selection of polish was highly lacking. I chose a beautiful color by OPI called Purple Velvet... which I later found out is from 2009! I know this because the manicure chipped and I went to look for a place to buy the polish to do a patch repair. The color is no longer available at all, because it's SEVEN years old. No wonder it chipped. I will not be coming back here, and recommend you do not go either. Sad because they're close to my house and their prices are pretty good.
