Found this place on Yelp and wanted to try it b/c of the great reviews. I'm glad I did. It's very small, so make sure you have enough time at lunch. There was a bit of a lineup when my colleague and I went, but we had a bit of flexibility with our time.
It was really cool getting to see the noodles being made in front of your eyes. They make it look so easy! The menu is quite small. But they keep it simple so they can pump out the food I'm sure.
I had the noodle soup with beef. I like that you can pic the noodle size. I was a little surprised to see a tomato sauce on the menu. It felt more Italian than Asian to me, so I was a bit skeptical. Someone at the next table got it though and it looked/smelled really good so I am going to try that next time!
