My experience was very poor. My AC wasn't blowing. I thought I'd take a chance on a random mechanic with good Yelp reviews because I thought my vehicle warranty would cover the repair anyway...Turns out it did not cover the repair suggested by the Wilhelm mechanics... So they charged me $110 for a diagnostic fee and gave me an estimate of over $400 worth of parts and labor which devastated me because I'm so poor right now. I left. Then I took it back to the nice little dealership I bought it from and their mechanic said it only needed a $45 part and charged $45 labor to fix it within 20 minutes. The $110 diagnostic fee is exorbitant... especially for a faulty diagnosis when the real problem cost only $90 to repair. This single mom feels let down big time.
Update: The manager reviewed the situation since my Yelp review and has refunded the diagnostic fee since it was in error. This showed good customer service on the management end of the experience. Thank you.
