  • This place benefits from having an outstanding location in St. Mark's Square in the Venetian. Because I'm a sucker for authentic Italian fare, I bit, despite my better instincts. Sure enough, our dinner was quite disappointing. Antipasto was skimpy and unappealing. Branzino was not fresh, under seasoned and served with head and tail uncleaned. Shrimp was dry and way over cooked. Asparagus was a burnt mess. Waiter was nowhere to be found once food was served. Very very disappointing especially for the price. What a waste of money and of a fine dining opportunity. I later found out that this place is owned by Cubans masquerading as Italians. That's when it all made sense.
