| - We chose Ingleside after our dachshund Macy became ill and our regular vet seemed to pooh-pooh her illness. We saw Dr Chilles and she spent more time touching Macy in the first exam then two other previous vets on two other separate visits. She's wonderful, caring, takes the time with your pet and you. Most of all Ingleside is THOROUGH. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, EVERYONE is courteous, kind and compassionate. They treat your pet like family. After a month of tests, x rays and a CT, we had Macy put down because of kidney failure. Unfortunately by the time we saw Dr Chilles the first time, I believe it was too late--she grew sicker and sicker. On February 6th, we took her in for some more blood work and it came back her levels were so high, that there was no other choice except to send her to Rainbow Bridge, which we did within an hour of leaving Ingleside. The facility is clean, smells clean, the staff is friendly and wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend Ingleside. We drove from Scottsdale to Phx just because they are that good.
