  • Her cleaning crew, who she drops off and later picks up after the job is done, does a nice job of cleaning. However, even though Norma says she wants to know if there are any problems, she does not like it if you point problems or issues out to her. Her crew empties anything they find in a basket, including some unshredded papers we had put inside our shredder so they would not see our personal info. They actually opened the closed shredder and threw documents with personal info into the garbage. They do not know what recycling is, as they emptied a basket where we had newspapers stored and threw them in the garbage, also. When we pointed these out to Norma, she sent us a text with the excuse that her business has gotten so big that she cannot clean our house anymore. That excuse does not fly...she didn't like us pointing minor problems out to her! She should not be accepting new customers if she does not have time to service her current customers!. She speaks very little English, depending on her son or an employee to translate for her, making communication somewhat difficult. Since her business has gotten so big, don't plan on using her services!
