While we're big Jose Andres fans - we were not particularly impressed with Jaleo.
Granted, we walked in after an amazing tasting at the Whiskey Attic, and they were able to seat us within about 10 minutes.
The seating is very cramped if you aren't in a booth, with small tables (and we're not big people, I feel bad for people trying to eat here if you are). While the Cosmo is a beautiful hotel, it still felt like you were eating in a mall. You're also away from the casino action, which makes it quieter, but kind of makes it feel barren too. You know that restaurant in every mall under the far escalators? Felt like that...
Maybe we ordered wrong, but the food was nothing special at all. Even asked for a waitress recommendation on our fourth tapa, and it was also weak in flavour and presentation.
Likely would not visit again.
