After several negative customer service interactions here, I've decided to finally leave a review. It's convenient having a Target in the neighborhood, but the team here is awful.
Team Members are rarely able to assist with finding items and seem untrained with their stores inventory system. The cashiers often ignore you and rarely acknowledge you. My last two checkout experiences involved cashiers complaining to one another that their managers consistently schedule them against their availabilities leaving them to miss shifts at second jobs or find childcare with little notice so it seems that they treat the staff as well as they do their customers.
I've tried in store pick up twice and both times the order was mistakenly filed under the name of the purchaser rather than the person picking up. The pharmacy has screwed up my prescriptions more times in the past three months than Walgreens did over the course of four years.
In the aisles, team members are constantly cutting customers off with their carts and too engaged in personal conversations to notice their surroundings. I spent seven years in retail management, and this place runs a perfect how-to on getting customer service wrong.
All around, this place is just not customer oriented, but I enjoy the brand. I recommend going to another location if able.
