I bought a house 2 years ago. Needless to say, this Lowes was the closest to me. I am also a Veteran and chose to shop at Lowes for the 10% discount. I have spent well over $10,000 at this store. Overall, I am utterly disgusted by the customer service received! The latest was today - i had purchased a grill the day prior and I had to wait a day for it to be assembled. I was informed it would be ready first thing in the morning. I called around noon and was informed it would be ready by 4pm and someone would call me. At 3:45pm, no one called. I called the store and advised them what I was informed of earlier (I.e. Someone would call me when it was ready) I arrived at the store - my grill was at the front door with my name on it. Chase, the store employee who assembled my grill made numerous comments towards me that were unprofessional. It was if I (the consumer) was inconveniencing him) I reported this to the manager. I requested to speak with the store manager. It is very apparent the organizational culture at this store is disgusting ( and their in retail!) SMDH!
