  • Excellent!!! No strong arm measures to get a new unit. My old one was 22 years old and I decided to replace it. The installation techs were knowledgeable and hard workers. Rene, Cleveland, Vern and Bruce were so professional. I was impressed with their expertise. My sister had a unit installed by another company and it took 3 days. When quitting time came her workers were gone. Windy City workers came at 7:30 and did not leave until after dark when the job was finished. We had air that night it was wonderful. They were polite, mannerly and cleaned up everything. Judy and Paula in the office were also very considerate and sweet. They let me know when to expect the unit and the installers and checked with me to be sure all was going well. Cannot praise them enough. I'm sorry my sister did not know of them when she need a new AC. The owner and foreman also came to assist and assure me that I would have AC that night. They were also offered me a lower price than my sister's company, which I was very appreciative for. Good and honest company.
