If I could give 0 stars, I would. The first time I arranged for a service person to come out to check my air conditioner they gave me a 4 hour window for arrival. After 3 hours and 30 minutes I called the company and was told that my appointment was cancelled (without asking or telling me) because "other people with broken air conditioners needed their services more." Very unhappy, I rescheduled to a different day with a morning 4 hour window, since I have a standing work appointment in the afternoon. After 3 hours I called to check on my appointment and was told that I was scheduled for the afternoon 4 hour window. I had it written down on 3 calendars, and remember well the conversation with the scheduler telling him I needed my appointment in the morning and him agreeing to it. In fact, I moved my appointment out a few days specifically so I could have the morning block of time. I have taken off work a total of 8 hours without results. Wish I had learned the first time and gone with another company instead of rescheduling.
