  • I grew up in a small town and love the outdoors, camping and fishing. This place is fantastic! When you walk in, it is set up like a hunting lodge with a huge fireplace and inviting couches. I just wanted to hide out there for my first visit. You could literally spend hours in this place just wandering around looking at everything. It is two floors of AWESOME! There is taxidermy everywhere! From racks of antlers to deer, to a polar bear. They even have a tank full of sturgeon and a waterfall. They have ATV's, boats, rifles, bows, tents, home decor, etc, etc, etc. Anything you can possibly think of that has to do with the outdoor living lifestyle, they probably have it. We try to make a point of stopping here when we are going home to Edmonton. They have one of the best selections of hot sauces and preserves if you go to the east side of the lower level. Old fashioned candy, warm nuts, popcorn and ice cream. Great gift items for someone that has a cabin or summer cottage, right down to bedding and paper towel holders. It is certainly worth the stop when you are on a road trip to Edmonton!
