We took advantage of the $100 dining credit from MGM. The service was excellent and there was nothing I could complain about it. The plates were always cleared up and we were never were checked on more than we needed to be. It was nice and quiet for a romantic dinner. The bread that came with the meal was excellent. We had some hot ciabatta and corn breads with some olive oil & butter. We got the prime rib dinner for two $120. The prime rib was very good but not the best I've had. The prime rib was so huge it could have been enough for two people. Since this is an American menu, Michael Mina made sure we got huge American sized portions. The prime rib dinner came with fingerling potatoes, creamed spinach and brussel sprouts. The sides that came with the meal would have been enough but we also wanted to try the fries and collard greens. Do not miss the collard greens if you're a collard greens fan!
For dessert we had the chocolate mouse/fudge with candied walnuts and red velvet cake pieces, accompanied with Michael Mina blend coffee. That was really good! The experience overall was excellent. The next time I come by, I would probably skip the main courses and have two appetizers since the appetizer menu was more appealing.
