  • Found this truck at food truck Friday in Matthews. They must be doing well since there were three chicks in the truck working to keep up with the demand. I ordered the bourbon chicken quesadilla, which had pulled chicken, pineapple, red onion, and ooey gooey cheddar cheese. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of filling - I hate it when the edge pieces are nothing but tortilla and cheese. I wish the quesadilla was bigger though, since it wasn't nearly as filling as the ones you get at restaurants (for a cheaper price). My friend ordered the Korean bbq brisket tacos, which she said were really good, just hard to eat due to the large amount of filling.
