We have been very disappointed with their lack of customer care and and lack of concern for the family of the deceased.
We did not have any issues when my brother in law was cremated there but two weeks later my father is being cremated there and they have caused a lot of heartache for my mom and the rest of my family.
We paid in full the cremation services online and then went into their offices to sign papers and purchase the urns. My mom did not think she had her check book with her and she asked if she could just pay for them when she picked up the ashes. She was told yes. This was found to be untrue or a misunderstanding. So they refused to send my dad to the crematorium until the urns were paid for. Then we were told that it could be up to another week before he would be cremated and we receive the ashes. We called and spoke to Diana who ensured us that since my mom went in and paid for the urns (while leaving there crying) that his body would be cremated the next day and then we could pick up the ashes the following day.
One of the ovens at the crematorium supposedly broke down and they had a backlog of bodies to cremate so he did not get cremated as stated so he would be cremated the following day. They are closed on Thursdays so we can not get his ashes until Friday.
By this time most of the family already had to return to their homes in other parts of the country and not being able to be present to have his ashes delivered to the Veteran's Cemetery.
We will not be using their services in the future. They do not bother to keep anyone informed. If you want to know something you have to call them.
And if you purchase the urns with credit cards they charge you extra.
