  • I absolutely LOVE this ramen restaurant!!!! Hands down the BEST ramen I have ever eaten! We discovered Ramen Sora a couple of years ago, using YELP and have been going there at least once every time we're in Vegas. There is always a line here from the moment they open their doors in the morning, so don't expect great service. The servers are always busy and it's hard to get their attention, but the food makes it all worth it!!! We have tried several types of ramen, but my favorite has to be the Spicy Ramen with no bamboo. I can honestly say that the only thing I didn't do is lick the bowl clean (although I am always very tempted). From the first bite, the broth, the ramen, the egg, the butter and the pork were excellent!! The gyozas were also very tasty. I like that the restaurant is off the strip and it's easy to find parking. I really wish I could find ramen this good in San Diego!
