  • By far the best gym downtown. I worked out there for about 9 months. I would go in the morning when they would open, work out, shower and dress for work at the gym. I work downtown. It was great. The facilities were stellar. I was very happy with this gym. But I had to give it up because at least 7 times in that 9 month period the gym didn't open when it was supposed to as the staff member didn't show. Sometimes another person would show to open the gym 20-30 minutes late. Most of the time I don't know when the gym opened as I couldn't wait to find out. Pumped to work out to no avail, I had to drive the 12 miles home, get ready and drive back in what was rush hour traffic to get to work in time. This happened to me at least a half-dozen times in my 9 months with this gym. Despite assurances from management that it wouldn't happen again it just kept happening. It's a shame but I just couldn't deal with that level of unreliability
