  • My daughter and I went into the store last week, when we walked in the sales associate was speaking to a customer. She never even looked our way to acknowledge we had come in. When the customer left, she didn't acknowledge us again. As nice as the shop is we didn't want to stay. As we walked out the door the sales associate was on the floor behind the counter, and never said a word. This shop is very close to my home, but I will not be going there again. Customer service is so very important, and there was no customer service in this shop.
