  • Uber has always been at least upfront with the pricing, that is why I take it over Taxis. However, this morning when I called an Uberpool at the Greyhound terminal downtown, the price was 19.26. When I got home, Uber gave me the receipt of 28.25. When I disputed, the customer agent said it was because my pick up location changed. How was that possible? I was at the bus terminal and nowhere else. Uber needs to get its act together or they just lost another customer.
