  • I can only speak for the service I received on a Thursday around noon. I have thick wavy hair and for those who are in the same predicament know, it is sooooo difficult finding an experienced stylist who knows how to cut wavy hair properly. Jasmine set up my appointment over the phone. She was very professional and asked detailed questions to pair me up with the right stylist. She also assured me that If I didn't like my cut, that they would fix it for free. The salon is bright, beautiful and clean. The friendly receptionist took my coat and offered me and hubby a coffee/cappuccino/latte/water. While I was sipping on my complimentary latte (weak but hey, it's free), using their free WiFi and taking pics for Yelp, the stylist came to get me. I asked if I could finish taking pictures and she gladly obliged waiting patiently off to the side, plus points there. Alyssa, beautiful young lady with a radiant smile, escorted me to her station and helped me put on a robe then a cape to keep loose hair off my clothes (worked perfectly). Then we had a discussion of my wants, how hair behaves and her suggestions; she made me feel completely at ease. Very important to bring in a picture of the hairstyle you want; make sure the model in the picture has your face shape and the same type of hair you do or else it may not turn out the way you want. We had a lovely conversation while Alyssa cut my hair. Even with a 30 year age gap she was able to engage me in topics that we both were passionate about. She washed, cut, blow dried and styled my hair. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and received many compliments on my short wavy do. Holding back one star to see how it grows out, stay tuned!
