  • I have never written a review for apartment complexes before, because apartment complexes are normally something of a headache that you just learned to deal with. Although I was very excited to move out of Arizona, I was actually really sad about leaving such a great apartment community and I have never had a positive experience like this with an apartment complex. The office staff is always very responsive and professional, and I really felt that they were truly understanding and customer-oriented. To me the true integrity of a business is not necessarily the lack of any problems ever, but how they handle the problems. I did have some maintenance issues such as my stove stopping working and ceiling leaks, but Hayden Park handled all requests with pleasant professionalism, and I was more than happy with the results. I also had some difficult requests for the office since my job required traveling frequently, and they were always eager to cater and make my living at Hayden Park easier. I recommended this place to my coworkers and friends back in Arizona, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, solid place to live where you can be trusted to be really taken care of by respectful, kind and professional staff.
