| - I've been using Two Gringos for a whole lot of remounts, rebalances, and the occasional used tire. They are absolutely, positively the best tire shop in the area, and I'm including the big guys. I'm a stickler for things being done right, and these guys do it right, including knowing how to properly jack up a vehicle, and they tighten the lug nuts/bolts with a torque wrench in a star pattern. If you understand this, you know it's unusual, but very important.
Just now I took in some wheels that they had installed some tires I sourced elsewhere (they didn't have what I needed in stock). The wheels are aftermarket chromed wheels, and already had a good number of "stick-on" weights. Well, after a month some of them fell off so my Acura got a little front end shake going. Since these were NOT the weights that TG installed, I took the car in asking them to remove all the old weights and install all new ones. 15 minutes later, the wheels are balanced perfectly (drives smooth as butter) and they refused any payment, even though I was insisting it wasn't their fault at all (and it wasn't).
Hard to find really great customer service, but these guys provide it in bucketloads. I'd recommend using them for anything relating to tires on your vehicle - and I'm a cynical old coot who can find fault with almost anything! ;-)
