  • Get there around noon or earlier to avoid line ups out the door. Staff is super friendly but production is on the slower side (maybe because it's still new) so line ups build really quickly. Twice I've been there and then they didn't have the sundaes :( The soft serve is great, if you're into strong matcha flavour. Definitely get a topping! I got the roasted rice. Space is small with limited seating, so it fills up quickly. When we were there, a few patrons were just hanging out with their laptops.
