  • Nice hotel, great area, BUT room selection was terrible!! The hotel is right next door to a construction site and the initial room they gave us was as close as possible to the construction. Bright and early on Saturday morning construction started a little after 6am. Yes that's not a typo, I said 6am on a Saturday!! I had planned on sleeping in and instead had to go get our room changed, pack our stuff, and move to another room. The desk gave a weak apology and stated they had no idea. I call BS, it was not a new construction site. I think that whole situation could've been prevented and that was negligence on their end. I could've been more understanding had the hotel been full, but it was pretty empty during our stay. What a let down Holiday Inn.
