I apologize as well as I have been out of the office and I am not sure that those filling in for us ever responded to you. Your unit is scheduled to auction on THIS Friday, 10/9 at 9 AM. You must have CASH payment in full to save it out of auction, in this office by NO LATER than 8:30 AM FRIDAY. The Current Total Amount Owed is $ 576.85. Please let us know immediately if you intend on paying in full and saving your things from the Sale.
On 8/28 I sent this email:
Please forgive me.. I have been in and out of the hospital still... I see that my bank did not transfer needed funds from my savings...
I will call the bank today.
Please send the exact amount needed to be paid and all fees.

I called today which is 10/8/2015 asking the storage manager Debbie Boyer that I was not aware of the auction and I could pay the fee's in cash or via credit card. I stated to her that I was in Scottsdale and would need longer than 0900 on 10/09/2015 due to rush hour traffic.
After me asking and explain that I had been ill and knew the needed needs had to be paid, she stated to she could not help me and not even "GOD" could help me.
I felt her response was offensive and in bad taste.

Debbie the manager is stating below.. Leaving messages is not a way to conduct business... I have called .. Always get voice mails & I have emailed and received a response that I could use a credit card to bring the balance forward prior to my items being auctioned off.
Debbie is not telling the truth.. I have communicated in this matter. I even took 1/2 of my belongings out!!! I was not able to get in the location via gate code..... I was physically let in because the gate was not accepting my code.

I do apologize for getting rather heated in our conversation but my dear woman, you would not take ME AT MY WORDS. You kept begging and begging and leaning on my mercies and at this very point in the process, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO. Just to clarify, when I said that God cannot even help you, it was in the context that outside of having the money in cash here by 9:30 AM, NO ONE CAN HELP YOU, (God cannot even help you). That is how it was said and that is how I meant it. You were begging me and leaning on me to have mercy on you saying I was the only one who could help you.
I am so sorry that it all came to this. I want you to know that I have a meticulous Legal process that I have to take to prepare a unit for auction. I HAVE DONE AND PERFORMED all of my DUE DILIGENCE. I have sent you many, many notices and letters pertaining to the auctioning of your unit, as well as I called and called many, many times with No Response. The notices give you plenty of time and warning to remedy the situation. However, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure I have CORRECT CONTACT information. I can only do what I can do with what you have given me. IF you had not waited until the very last day to ACT on this, there would have been more I can do. I emailed you on Tuesday and it took you 2 days to respond. But I honestly have not heard from you for over 60 days. I do understand you have been sick, but it is unfortunate that you could not have sent word with someone of your situation. I know you said that you left messages and credit card information. I have complete confidence in the professional abilities to follow through with any messages you may have left. If they missed one message, okay to say they ignored all of your messages, I cannot debate one way or the other, can I? Why did you not try to contact us during BUSINESS hours? Leaving messages is not a fool proof way to conduct business of this importance. Again, this is unfortunate and obviously I would rather you pay for your unit that have to auction. Your unit is almost 100 days Past Due. I am held to this process and I have a legal way to do things. I am "PRAYING" that you get the money here by 9:30 today.
