  • If I could leave a no star I would.My husband and I were in the market for a 2015 Tahoe. While out of town we looked at this dealerships website and noticed they had one. We called and spoke with Shannon, the sales manager. A price was negotiated and we put a $500 deposit down to hold the Tahoe for a few days until we were back in town. We agreed to drive down from Northern Az today with payment in hand to pick it up. On our drive down, Shannon called to tell us they had sold it!! She apologized and said her manager sold it on Sunday and she was terribly sorry. My husband asked to speak to the manager and the coward would not get on the phone. Needless to say we will NEVER buy anything from this dealership. Also, they have not credited out deposit back!
