  • I just moved to Phoenix and need a good groomer for my poodle. I read all the great reviews from this place. Before I take my precious baby to a new groomer, I check the place out myself. First, the place is hard to find. It is hidden in the back of an old shopping center. I went inside to inquire about prices and the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and knowledgeable and even took us around to the grooming area so we could see if it was clean, etc. However, the place WREAKED! From the moment I walked in, the smell was overwhelming. It smelled of urine and feces. It smelled so bad that I thought I would pass out. The stench got worse as I walked throughout the facility. How could I leave my baby in a place that I can't even stay in for more than 5 minutes?! While the reviews are great, I wonder how many of the reviewers toured the facility? I felt dirty just being there. This place needs a DEEP DEEP DEEP cleaning. I am beyond words for the filth and bacteria that must be lurking within. My dog deserves clean. We will not be using them as a groomer.
