I lived here for a year and from the beginning, it was nothing but a headache. First of all, the parking is AWFUL. The spots are so tight that you have to squeeze out of your car and not open your car door to not hit the car next to you. God forbid if you have groceries or a guest over because parking is super limited. Our AC unit broke and our apartment was 86 degrees. We immediately placed a work order and it took two weeks for it to be handled. We had a $336 energy bill so I called management and was told that they would help out. But did they? Of course not, because nothing was in writing so I had to care of the bill out of pocket. We constantly had issues with our disposal, we couldn't wash dishes and run the washer/dryer at the same time or the sink would back up with stagnant water. They came out to "fix it" multiple times and said it was taken care of each time but it wasn't. My brother's fan never worked and despite asking for that to be fixed, it never was. Taking out the trash was a nightmare, we had ONE place to dispose of trash for the entire complex and it wasn't in a place that was convenient at all. When we moved out, we got ridiculous charges. It was something like $50 for a shower curtain being left?! And they said they had to replace all of the carpeting because it looked like red wine was spilled everywhere. When I asked for picture evidence, I saw no stains and I KNOW red wine was never spilled on that floor. All in all - it was $1,000 to leave that place. They are rude and unprofessional. They don't do anything they say they will because the conversation took place in person or over the phone. If you do decide to live here, get EVERYTHING in writing. They are the absolute worst. My brother and I couldn't wait to leave. It's such a nice area but not worth it at all. We moved to an apartment that cost more per month but we are so much happier being away from them. I would never recommend someone move into these apartments.
